I actually don't find it that difficult. I've only ever hada couple of one-night-stands in my life. The hard part seems to be keeping a friends-with-benefits relationship from becoming a 'one person wants more of a relationship but the other doesn't' problem...those kinds of things tend to end up with someone getting hurt.
