Well, I spent about 10 hours cooking for some friends, and I definitely broke a sweat doing that (and spent the vast majority of that 10 hours not sitting at the gaming table) so yeah, I'll bump the thread.

Hour long work out every day, minimum. This thing is staying here.

I have figured out how not to sweat. Most of the time, if I'm doing hard work, I sweat from being too warm, not the strenuous activity. So if I'm walking somewhere, I wear my coat as long as I'm cold, but as soon as I get my body temp up, off the coat comes.

Of course, then it ends up that I'm working in a t-shirt and jeans at the city dump in the middle of a gail, wrestling scrap metal from the truck, but it keeps me smelling fine.

Well ... except for the dump-smell.

I cleaned the apartment while the bf was away at work today. When he goes back tonight, I will be doing the same again.

You might want to check the calorie gauge on the stairmaster because there's no way you burend 1050 calories in an hour. Full on boxing matches burn 1000 calories in an hour.

Unless it was full contact stairmaster! Hmmm..

Work again, more of the same. This time it involved lifting heavy boxes literally right over my head.

Watched a bunch of football.

But that's not why I'm posting. I'm about to take a 2 hour nap, and when I wake up I'll be heading off to a long night of physical, sweat-inducing, rushing around.

I'm currently posting from my university library. In order to get here one must climb around 7,322 flights of stairs. I did it while carrying about 40 pounds of books, papers, and my laptop.

/shrug I enter my numbers, and that's what it tells me. It may or may not be true. I am however *quite* large, so I am moving a good deal of mass and I go pretty hard. But, who really knows!

Oh... well, hmm maybe? I thought you were another tiny little thing like the other halforum ladies. At 230lb, even I have a hard time killing 1000 calories in an hour.

Scrambled about a nearby "mountain" like a drunk mountain goat.

Sweaty - Check!
Silly pictures - Check!
Realizing I'm too old for this shit - Check!

Too shy.

They're just me being a dork.

There's one where I'm hanging on to a rock as if I'm in peril. I'm glad my gf puts up with my antics. :D
