Sweet. Afterward there will be steak and chili.

(well-done please)
We'll just leave your steak on the grill. It oughta be done to your liking about the time that everyone else is finishing desert. ;)[/QUOTE]

Since I've teased chaz a couple times in the steak threads, I should make the admission that I actually like steaks both well done and rare, if it's a good cut of steak. Those little carcinogenic bits of charred steak on the outside of a grilled slab of meat are very yum

...wait, they're carcinogenic!? Really?!

Or is it like those green spots on potato chips that kids say are carcinogenic but they're really just green spots?

Cancer - Grilling Meat - Meat and Cancer

Barbecued meat ups bladder cancer risk--study | TheMedGuru
It was found those who had consumed more amounts of red meat such as steaks, pork chops and bacon were two-and-a-half times more likely to have bladder cancer than others who consumed very less of the red meat.

..."very less"? Is that a trustworthy source? One that says "...others who consumed very less of the red meat"?
