Most places that I've heard of have laws against wearing a facial covering, unless weather requires or for a specific religious or cultural holiday (i.e. Hallowe'en). Most came about because, as previously stated, of the Ku Klux Klan.
The issue is not so much that they were wearing face paint (which I don't think would qualify as a facial covering here in GA... lemme check), but the fact that there were so many of them doing the stuff. Anonymous strikes again.
I know a few Juggalo's down here. Most are pretty even-keeled individuals. Of course, there's about 1 in 4 that fits the mold here. Disaffected youth *eyeroll* It doesn't take a Juggalo to be retarded, just a specific type of idiot.

I am ashamed to admit that I listened to ICP back in 6th or 7th grade. My grandpa gave me so much shit for it and said how horrible they were and looking back man my grandpa was never wrong

Heh, I still find some of their songs catchy, and I don't care who knows it. That said....juggalos are sad sad people. It really is sad too, a lot of them are the disenfranchised white youth of america, and as opposed to the impoverished youths of other races these kids are just seen as a joke. I mean...it IS kind of funny, but like just like with prison rape there is a really messed up story behind the jokes. I guess the fact that they aren't out on the street slinging crack means that its not soooooo bad. Still though.
Anyways, here's to TT suing the band. Pretty stupid of them not to have adequate security.
