I'm pretty sure Solaria would have noticed the scene I created, and would realize the others were here. now would she actuall want to rejoin us is the question. we did get her killed.

I think yeah, I'll join you of course, but what's the best way to leave the area without hundreds of people following/stopping/trying to protect me.

I heard a rumour that their might be treasure in the sewers! And not cursed either!

Rooftops and stone walls would the easiest way to escape.

Eladrin Teleport powers activate! could at least give you a head start. lol

If the crowd is going crazy, it could be easy to lose people in the shuffle. Maybe all the guards move to protect Grandfather and the other bigwigs. I would suggest that, in the confusion, Bastian will seek shelter from the angry/fearful stampede and after the chaos dissipates, join those that found the sewer as a safe haven some time during the night.

Also, this isn't a bad idea either.

The map is finished!
The wandering monster table is ready!
The set encounters are set!
The light sources are accounted!
The treasure is ready!

All I have to do now is get the kids in bed by gametime.

.....Fuck

Was Bastian the bald man, Gusto? I'm guessing he was one of the last to climb into the sewer since he waited until nightfall. Locian dove right in, though. :)

Locian is used to dealing with crap ever since that fateful day on that boat. ;)

:( Unfortunately with the unexpected events befalling half our players tonight. We will have to pick this up next week, Sept 29 7 PM EST.!

:) but it has given me the chance to work on this maptools memory issue.

Addded another RP post. All theses posts I make that don't directly involve the PC's are to help establish the unseen plotlines that are evolving. I guess sort of like a novel from different perspectives. Some will be ongoing to help develop NPC's others short lived, but every post reveals something important to the story. In my latest post for example it should be obvious that something big is happening in 18 months time for the "human" plotline.

In addition to your own story, there are 4 major background stories developing. Some are simple others are complex, but by now you have all guessed at their sources: human, goblin, undead and the birds.

Actually one of the PC's knows all about the cats, but hasn't had the chance to RP it yet.

Reminds me I need to do a private perception roll for Locian tonight.

By the way, this is the due date for our first child. So there's a possibility I will be preoccupied!

Bastian was the bald man, yeah. I guess I could've made that clearer. Sola caught glimpses of Ralts and the group, and saw Bastian retreat into the underground, and feystepped in the most dramatic way possible - off the edge of a balcony.

And I am absolutely down for Doom to join us as a controller, a role he's used to, I'm sure. :)

Lol, no jumping the que for doom. He's got 5 players ahead of him.

1 my brother
2 my IRL DM
3 Dwayne
4 Charlie
5 Scott
6 doom

Bastian didn't go right in, though, so the timeline is a little screwy is all.

A well connected to the sewers? let's hope to god the sewers never back up. ;)

I suppose I should have made it a bit more clear that it was used for watering their gardens, not drinking but I see your point.

Incidentally, this is the second game I'm in that someone as described a well leading into a sewer, but I never really thought about it.
