Then your name would be Tom Chick. So, I've noticed that the tide of public opinion is starting to turn on this game on some review sites.
I can't wait till I can be a hipster and only like the game ironically.
It's funny, Skyrim has a metric SHIT ton of faults and if asked to give it an out of 10 score, I'd probably give it 10. It's so fucking engrossing in a way I can't remember any game being. I've easily put 100 hours into since it launched. I fucking LURVES it.People hating it is likely due to saturation. Most games deal with this.
It's one of the reasons WoW, if you go by face value on websites, is probably the most hated MMO in existence. Skyrim is popular and appearing all over the place, so the people getting sick of it are starting to get vocal about it and are going to start finding faults for flame fuel.
Do you even sleep anymore?I'm at 171 hours and counting.
That means you're finally a collegiate mage priest imperial rebel thief dragon slayer thane assassin hindu guru voodoo drag queen alien?Alright... just finished up the Dark Brotherhood quests. That means I have finished ALL of the major questlines and can FINALLY start a new character.
Damn, I left out basketball player, too.. ruined the reference. All that, minus the Imperial. You can only help ether the Stormcloaks or Legion.
On the 360 version, installing the game would prevent the textures from loading properly, so a lot of the textures were blurry and undefined (because it was showing them at a reduced resolution, like you'd see at a distance). This is no longer an issue and everything finally looks beautiful.Texture bug?
On the 360 version... stopped reading
I didn't have a working video card at the time Skyrim was released and decided I wasn't going to wait. I'll pick it up on the PC once it goes on sale. Hopefully it happens before the first DLC is launched.
That sounds like unplayable madness and here I was sort of mulling over waiting for an HD texture mod to be finished before playing anymore. On the 360 version, installing the game would prevent the textures from loading properly, so a lot of the textures were blurry and undefined (because it was showing them at a reduced resolution, like you'd see at a distance). If you start in offline mode, right click on it in your games list. Go to progaram options and go to the update tab. You can turn off auto updates from there. What do I do to keep it from patching? Load up Steam in offline mode or something?
Yes it is. Took me totally by surprise. Was expecting another dungeon and... BAM.So, that Blackreach is something visually huh?
Man, that's totally uncalled for... no one should have to play Dragon Age 2If you don't like it, go ahead and play Dragon Age 2.
Breadcrumbs? It was the crux of an entire playstyle I had done for years over the course of multiple games. It wasn't something insignificant. I also went into detail on how the entire magic system/story as a whole was a letdown in this game.Man do you bitch a lot for bread crumbs.
If you don't like it, go ahead and play Dragon Age 2.
