Yeah, you can see the Jamiroquababaragfharabfa-whatever thing's lettering behind him is also reversed. I dunno what it is lately with musicians putting up mirrored videos, but it happens a lot to 331erock as well.

Think it has to do with keeping Youtube from deleting their video. Not 100% on that though.

I've seen people do that to avoid tv show clips being taken down (there's some kind of automated youtube spider that is constantly trawling for copyrighted images all over youtube)... but if it's just a picture of a guy playing a guitar.... wha?
And to add even more confusion to the mix, 331erock once said on a comment where this happened "oops I forgot to flip it right way around, I'm not really left handed"... inferring that it recorded mirrored naturally. I wonder if there's some kind of camera-pointed-at-mirror-setup going on here.

They are probably recording their videos with PhotoBooth using an iMac/MacBook Pro/etc. PhotoBooth will flip the pic/video so that the person recording it sees something they are more used to interacting with (a mirror reflection). There is an option to flip it back, but many people skip that step.
