Fair enough, I don't disagree. Especially seeing as its just "for the fans" (translation: for the TV ratings), it really would be in their best interest to have each team well represented. Like you said, Carolina fans had no reason to tune in this year.
Don't worry I'm sure they'll manage to find a way to disappoint you before the seasons over and done.
The only way they could disappoint me is if they didn't make enough money this year to support at least 10 other teams.
