Nope, but I live with it now as a necessarily evil. I don't keep it on though and cut all processes when I am not playing a game. So, everyones all cool with origin now?
Hell no, and if it were any other EA title I wouldn't install that piece of bloated crap on my system... but I've been feverishly looking forward to this ever since I finished the second Mass Effect. So, everyones all cool with origin now?
From the looks of it though, it's not old fashioned scanning. There are no minerals you gain by wandering around a planet for five minutes with the scanner. Instead you use the scan button in the solar system, and once you find something important you do a planet scan or a wreckage scan, and boom, you have the asset. So, planet scanning is back, and that fucking sucks but as an added bonus, you can die scanning planets.
I... I actually liked scanning. It still looks shitty.
Wtwg.... brbw... awatta... I never made that connection! Jumpin' jeezus on a pogo stick, you're right... Mass Effect is like a direct male-line descendant of Star Control. Whoa."Son, have you ever played the game Star Control 2? It's the progenitor to Mass Effect. Without it, there would be no Mass Effect.
Same here. I'll be available however for MP games off Origin.
I'd love if we can schedule some game nights.
Yeah dude, you play WoW, we get it, stop bringing it up already.I... I actually liked scanning.
I clued in the first game. I was like, "Hey, this cool. Kinda Gearsy with the combat. I'm digging this interaction with aliens and such. This is a cool game in the vein of KOTOR, I'm picking up what you're putting down Bioware. Ok, we're on a starmap now. Well, I guess I need to go down onto this planet on my....planet lander-y kind of thing and look for mineralssssssOH MY GOD!"Wtwg.... brbw... awatta... I never made that connection! It's too bad it takes itself a LOT more seriously than Star Control did.I clued in the first game. I was like, "Hey, this cool. Kinda Gearsy with the combat.
