A bad corporate lawyer takes LESS time away from the opponent, not more. Bad lawyers are effectively beaten quickly and handily while good lawyers can keep things going - and draining the opposition - for a long time.
Orly Taitz. Lawyer cum Dentist cum Birther extraordinaire. An incredibly bad lawyer whose misunderstanding of the law has resulted in numerous lawsuits, all unsuccessful. Good lawyers know when they're defeated - and don't keep trying.

Lawsuits. Plural. And he brought all of them, not the other way around. You can file a shitload and take up their time, but this guy will only be defending once...unsuccessfully.

Oh wow I had never heard of Orly Taitz until this. Wow that woman is insane. I mean, even when presented w/ a default judgement against Obama she decided to try the case anyways......and then proceeded to loose.
I'm just blown away that she hasn't been disbarred.
Edit: Oh wow in the 2012 elections she's runnign for Senate in California. She's leading the polls for the republican side right now, but the republican party decided to endorse another candidate. Burn.

It's just weird. All those "new readers" that Kurtz is trying to appeal to, that he's justifying his new website for, etc, etc, won't have a clue what the current storyline is about because they have no backstory.
That's a hard line to ride when your comic isn't gag-a-day and is nearly 14 years old.
Exactly. Is one of the reasons that's when Kurtz goes on his business acumen rants that I have a very hard time taking him seriously.
