I'd vote Darksiders. It's very God of War meets the Apocalypse, and it's a fun action game. Shouldn't take more than a few days to clear, and there's a pretty awesome looking sequel due out this year (with Death as the main character). ME 1 and 2 are a lot of fun, though they play differently from one another (there's a lot more equipment management in 1 as they hadn't turned ammo types and the like into talents based on class yet). Terraria is great, but it's not really a play-to-win game so it's something you can sort of play whenever you feel like it, like Minecraft. I've not played much Skyrim, and I've never played the Crysis games, so I can't say anything there.Ok I'm having trouble deciding what to play since finishing Dead Island, my options are:
Darksiders
Mass Effect 1,2,3
Terraria (Hard Mode)
Skyrim
Crisis 1,2
Advice?
This one in particular was whining that the embargo was pushed forward rather than back and he was bitching that now he'd have to spend even more time playing this video game ahead of time and would have less time to write his review than he was going to have before.Embargoes are a shit practiced designed to reward "pet" websites for consistent high scores and screw consumers by withholding information. They have every right to complain about them.
That is some real bullshit EA. That is some real bullshit. That's about as little respect as one can have for it's customers. Fucking liars.EA's Horseshit PR said:Rock Band for iOS will remain live - the in-app message users received yesterday was sent in error. We apologize for the confusion this caused. We're working to clarify the issue that caused the error and will share additional information as soon as possible.
That's too bad. We could do with a few less BLOPS tots.At least what he's selling won't kill anyone this time.
It looks similar to FFT as well in terms of gameplay, and odds are more people are familiar with that over Nobunaga's Ambition, so I mentioned it. It's a crossover (called Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition, can't get more crossover title than that), borrowing ideas from both series (meeting new Pokemon and warlords to expand your army). Granted, it's developed by Tecmo Koei, but looking at screens and the video I see similarities to FFT as well as Tactics Ogre. It's actually a Nobunaga's Ambition game, but with Pokemon. It's called such in Japan.
Except that Capcom is doing a huge marketing push with it. It's Capcom's biggest and most expensive game they've ever produced. They're even packing in demos of Resident Evil 6 with it for 360 and PS3 just to lend to try to get more people to get it. It's at this point almost a make or break title for Capcom. They're banking on it carrying them into late fall and Resident Evil 6.I'm guessing because no one's ever heard of that game and it would be a waste of development time to do a multiplatform release on something that's not an established property.
Honestly, Capcom does some baffling things....
This is not one of them.
It could always be released at a later date.Except that Capcom is doing a huge marketing push with it. It's Capcom's biggest and most expensive game they've ever produced. They're even packing in demos of Resident Evil 6 with it for 360 and PS3 just to lend to try to get more people to get it. It's at this point almost a make or break title for Capcom. A game is only late until it is released. A bad game is bad forever.
Fuck off, that's some straight bullshit.PC?
At the moment, we don't have any plans to release a PC version - it's just a bit difficult with the whole pawn system and the borrowing and lending.
