I was in such a negative mood at work today. As in I just had no patience for people being/acting stupid. I pretty much felt like telling everyone to fuck off. It wasn't that I was even angry or anything, just... In a bad mood.

I dislike not being able to pinpoint that sort of thing. Generally, I like to think of myself as relatively outgoing and patient to what I've been told is a remarkable degree. Not so much today.

At least I didn't snap at anyone.

My computer has blue screened twice in the last 24 hours, both times while playing flash video. I really hope this is just a driver conflict or something else fixable.

Can I get a single fuckin' week without a health scare of some sort? Can I? Pretty please with sprinkles on top? I think my brother is out of the hospital (I never got confirmation of that from my mom), and my wife's head was doing well from the cyst removal - just minor surface pain and itching - but now she's starting to have deep pains at the surgical site and a burning sensation, which isn't supposed to happen. She has her followup appointment tomorrow morning, where they're supposed to remove the staples from her head, so we'll see what the doctor says. After everything that happened last week and the week before, and my insomnia from earlier this week (where I assume my brain had just had too much stress and bullshit to deal with and decided it was going to revolt), I can already feel the anxiety rising back up again and can tell I'm going to have trouble sleeping tonight.

Hrm, you run windows 7 then? That's your video card. Could be just the drivers, so it's best to scrub them and reinstall clean... but I don't know if driversweeper works right on 7. I still run XP on my gaming rig.

New Flash player does GPU-assisted decode of video. Definitely recommend clean/reinstall of Flash player and most recent GPU drivers.
