As someone with a half-cattle dog, I'm going to add to the "does not like" randomness:
-horses (??)
-rollerskates/rollerblades
-skateboards/hoverboards
My guess on the last two is that it makes someone move "unnaturally" at a quick pace, and she's a bossy hall monitor at all times. I have to grab her leash when we're out running if I see someone on the path with those, because she will try to slow them down or stop them. But she doesn't have issues with bikes, so *shrug*.
