Amongst the "ways of keeping the homeless from sleeping on your benches", I have to say this one ranks as one of the cuter ones
They have the most uncomfortable menu ever.
The Capybara Cafe? I don't think it's supposed to be like a lobster tank where you pick the one you're going to eat.
Wife's family used to have a cat like this when she was young. It would look out the window at Canada geese and do the chattering "OMG LEMME AT 'EM" thing. She had to keep telling him, "Oh, honey. No. They'll eat you alive."
