My pardon. There are also those who fancy the clashing of sabers that such a situation brings.
To be fair it depends on the restaurant. Some places I wouldn't dare order a steak unless it were well-done to the point of charred, whereas the Pacific Dining Car in downtown L.A. can make me any cut cooked however they want.
