As for the account, I looked through the past tweets. There really doesn't appear to be much there of any consequence that would matter if it's real or not. They seem to have run out of new material, however, as the pictures repeat themselves pretty often, sometimes within the same day. That, and there's one weight-loss spam tweet that goes off about once a day that they seem to not care about.
