It's a completely neutral temperature outside, neither hot nor cold.
Buddy, let me tell you about when I lived in Albuquerque. The thing I liked most about living in Albuquerque was the climate. It's the only place I've ever lived where I could comfortably walk out into my front drive barefoot and wearing shorts.

Only if you're dumb enough to pour TARMAC in your drive. Smart Albuquerqueans always use concrete, which even in the summer, is cool and refreshing.

I lived in Albuquerque for a summer in grad school. Only place I ever lived where I had to protect against frostbite on the bike ride to work and against heat exhaustion on the way home.
 
It's true. Our humidity scale goes from "rainforest" through "saturated sponge" all the way to "Subnautica".
I was in Singapore for a few hours' lay-over and despite the temperature being quite okay I was drenched in minutes. I don't know how you manage to survive without gills.
