I don't condemn Julia over Street Fighter. He did it for his kids who were fans of the games and the movie wasn't bad because of him.
He still put his all into even if it was going to be a dumpster fire.
And Legosi was so sick and then died by the time they filmed Plan 9. The footage of him wasn't even specifically shot for Plan 9 just something unrelated that Ed Wood then threw into the movie and shot around it using doubles.
I also don’t blame either one of them. I have mad respect for putting your all into something even when you might think it’s a losing effort (Alec Guinness in Star Wars, Dennis Hopper in Waterworld, or Julius Carry III in The Last Dragon). Nothing wrong with having a low point in your career, either. It’s just a pity to end on one.
