If the game is more than 2-3 years old, why the fuck should I have to pay full price for DLC? If the game has depreciated in value, so has the DLC. That's pure economics. That being said, I'm perfectly willing to pay full price for DLC from a company like Bethesda, who has shown time and time again that I'll get my money's worth for that $20 bucks. I'm just not willing to do the same for EA or Capcom.

It's the only game in the bundle I want, and the season pass alone is $20. I have no idea if the DLC is "shitty" or not, some DLC is a lot of fun, so I want to buy the game with all the content, or I'm not going to buy it at all. I'd pay $10 or $15 for the full package, but I'm not going to pay $6 now and then wonder if I want to pay more later to get the rest.[DOUBLEPOST=1380862462,1380862117][/DOUBLEPOST]

This is entertainment, and it isn't entertaining to me to have to decide if I want DLC or not. I want the whole game, or I'm not going to bother. I loved some of the DLC for Borderlands, Saints Row 3 and other games, and I'm glad I got those in bundles. This is simply how I like to purchase games. I don't like to be nickel and dimed, I don't like to have to research to figure out what DLC gets me what content and figure out what's in the season pass and what's not, etc. etc. I just like to get the whole experience, all at once, no hassles. I want my gaming to be easy. Entertain me. Cheap is a nice bonus, but easy is a lot better.

Besides most of it being trash armor that isn't good beyond the first 2 levels, there are 2 additional dungeons that aren't very long and feel pretty unfinished.

They had me intrigued with Worms, and sold with Ticket to Ride. Purchased, oh so purchased, and I've heard good things about Incredipede, too. I need these installed on my phone, now, but they are getting hammered, and my order has not authorized yet.

Great game even solo. Tons and tons of hours collecting, and upgrading until you manage to down the big baddies. The new update was amazing too.

Capcom's saying the same about their games too. Codemasters on the other hand claim that GFWL isn't going away, so fucking beware when purchasing anything by them.

It's a really good, solid game with perhaps a little lackluster gameplay, that doesn't deserve the UNIVERSAL PRAISE that everyone gives it.

Is it still great? Absolutely. Is it worth playing? Absolutely. The characters and atmosphere and story are all super top notch, and it's a great experience. But the actual shooting took a back seat.

Pretty much, though I wasn't overly engaged by the storyline itself. It got better near the end.

The gameplay was simply far too linear for my taste, a huge step down from earlier Bioshocks who were in turn a step down from System Shock 2.

$10 though? That's solid.

Not a game, but gaming hardware - if someone's looking for a deal on a very decent gaming laptop, the Lenovo Ideapad Y510 is marked down to $879. Were I in the market for one, this is probably what I'd snag. It's got an intel I7-4700MQ processor, 1920x1080 15.6" display, GeForce GT 750m, 1Tb drive, 8 gigs of ram. Expires 10/25.

Until Tuesday, GOG.com has Evil Genius for $3.99 and Moonbase Commander for $2.39. Either is a steal at that price. Evil Genius is the spiritual successor to Dungeon Keeper, but going for a 60s James Bond villain feel instead of sword and sorcery. It's by no means a perfect game but it's very good, especially if you install the "community patch" which addresses some bugs and balance issues, and I recommend it to any fan of management sims or just being generally evil (mua ha ha ha ha). Moonbase Commander is somewhere between Worms and turn based strategy, where competing commanders (AI or player) attempt to conquer areas by expanding their bases and taking shots at enemy base structures. It's got a simple, intuitive control scheme that really makes me wonder why this game hasn't been turned into an IOS/Android game. Worth 2 bucks anyway.
