Blame the Boston Celtics. Back when I used to play gigs every week with the band, it was crazy how many people came up to us and told us how they loved that "seltic music""CELT Z", like "cat", not "SELT-Z". There is no "s" at the beginning.
Also, love it otherwise.
Meh. Gas knows, but he's been doing this to me since Cards Against Humanity, so I guess I'm stuck with it.Blame the Boston Celtics. Back when I used to play gigs every week with the band, it was crazy how many people came up to us and told us how they loved that "seltic music"
Aqua CeltZ to the rescue. Whew![DOUBLEPOST=1415368344,1415368202][/DOUBLEPOST]Meh. Gas knows, but he's been doing this to me since Cards Against Humanity, so I guess I'm stuck with it.
On the next episode, Fei discovers the consequences of eating 27 lunches.
And he doesn't even have the "always hungry" trait! I guess that only stops you from inviting OTHERS to lunch more than once.Oh yeah, it was the studying that hurt his track performance and not the ton of lunches he went to. I guess all that politeness paid off considering his popularity.

I had an insane argument with my dad over how to pronounce Celtic. Just like Tin said, he cited the Boston Celtics as the reason why I was wrong."CELT Z", like "cat", not "SELT-Z". There is no "s" at the beginning.

Can't you use the same music? I know a lot of tv shows (cartoons, in particular) have stock music. It's up to you, but it really doesn't bother me if you reuse it.Also, I shot almost my entire music wad on the first episode. I'm gonna have to dig for more royalty free stuff for day two... and I'll probably be reusing music by no later than day 5 at this rate.
There's no technical reason I can't, but I need to keep the audio as fresh as I can, or people will start to nod off around day 13 when I'm saying "He talks to Gusto. Bones wants to talk. Seltzy asks for help with studying." for the 900th time with the same music track behind it. Plus, if you followed HFA1, you know I love to insert subtle jokes in background elements for the observant. Can't you use the same music? First I was like, "Why am I getting upvotes on this?".I totally missed this!
That's basically the point. We're indulging in the ridiculousness of Japanese dating/life-sims combined with the quirkiness of our fellow Halforumites. I guess it's kind of a form of machinima, when you get down to it - not to the same point as RvB or The Strangerhood, naturally, but kind of the same idea. This game looks like it's nothing more than Japanese fetishism in Sims form. The teacher has huge boobs which bounce everywhere, the girls all wear short skirts that almost show underwear, and the boys...all look like girls.
You guys are weird.
Actually, the skirts just blow up a lot in the low poly models... in the high poly models, the girls' skirts are all below the knee. This game looks like it's nothing more than Japanese fetishism in Sims form. Everyone says my name wrong too. SOLIDARITY!"CELT Z", like "cat", not "SELT-Z". There is no "s" at the beginning.

And nowhere is it perhaps more apparent than in last year's Dirona vs this year's -Wow, I see what you mean. The prior versions do look a bit better.
... Did I say it wrong in the video too? Does it not rhyme with "bags?"Everyone says my name wrong too. SOLIDARITY!
It does not rhyme with bags. More like 'cogs'. Like, cogs in a watch. But Jay and Dave have straight up told me (a long time ago) that they would never remember so they were going to continue with Kags ryhming with bags. So, I'm not really bothered if you don't change how you want to say it.... Did I say it wrong in the video too? Does it not rhyme with "bags?"
It's pronounced "Leeeetle Kagseeen"?Everyone says my name wrong too. SOLIDARITY!
Yeah, that goes double for me, I'll never be able to say "Kogs."[DOUBLEPOST=1415397741,1415397592][/DOUBLEPOST]It does not rhyme with bags. More like 'cogs'. Like, cogs in a watch. At first, even the photo/text format was hard last year, and like that, I expect this will get easier and faster with time and practice. The video format is great, but I can see how it might end up wearing on you after a while... Thanks for putting forth so much effort on what is essentially nothing more than a bit of forum fanfiction.
Carry on soldier.Yeah, that goes double for me, I'll never be able to say "Kogs."
With as fast as I have to say things sometimes doing this narration, I'm very worried what a clipped guttural pronunciation would do to that word. Say "Terrik ran all over the school looking for Kogs" as fast as you can and realize what I mean.It would be a sin not to say kogs.
We need new shirts.I've watched this twice now and I hope that my alter-ego keeps up his tendency to demand to speak with people privately, drag them somewhere secluded like 400 meters away, and then tell them one very half-baked rumour.
I think my cartoonish Poptart is cute, too! She's just how I wanted her to look.(EDIT: as an aside, despite the more cartoony look, I love my new avi! She's adorable. And the fan blowing all the girls' hair is pretty fantastic.)
