Have you ever read Agatha Christie's novel And Then There Were None?
How about Joseph Conrad's novel The Children of the Sea: A Tale of the Forecastle?
Neither, I am woefully underread. I'm a big fan of Conrad's
Heart of Darkness, though[DOUBLEPOST=1446536423,1446536361][/DOUBLEPOST]
Favorite? Not necessarily. I meant for you, is there any sort of smell that'll completely take over your mind? A smell that's the equivalent of getting uppercutted by Mike Tyson, or being hit by lightning, or just anything that you CAN. NOT. IGNORE?

Anytime there's burnt popcorn within a city block of me, I unsheath my katana, and go out into the night to free some blood from[DOUBLEPOST=1446536465][/DOUBLEPOST]
That would be the smell of napalm. Why didn't you give that answer originally, Chuck?
Because I suck, and I don't think I've seen Apocalypse Now since when I changed my name to this one, which is far too long[DOUBLEPOST=1446536533][/DOUBLEPOST]
Notice you are a fan of the Nashville Predators, are you a poofter?
I do not really appreciate gay slurs[DOUBLEPOST=1446536736][/DOUBLEPOST]
See any good movies lately?
good movies I saw for the first time semi-recently:
Under The Skin might be the greatest movie of all time? It's the first movie that really evoked 2001 A Space Odyssey, and made me honestly compare the two.
The Ring - I should have seen this way sooner. I loved it so much. Also I thought Naomi Watts was Nicole Kidman until the ending credits rolled for some reason
Witness - This is a great cops and criminals type old school thriller. Harrison Ford is a huge goddamn movie star. He's such a great presence even when he's not Han Solo or Indiana Jones. Also, a pretty remarkable tight script.
I also rewatched
Halloween and
Back to the Future recently on the appropriate days, two old favorites.
