Wait! If they traced your background, they may have learned who they sold them to. And that would lead them ... here!

Wait, Tinwhistler, it's too dangerous!

I found one of the old 360 12 month for 50 bucks instead of the 60 they go for now at wal-mart, minor victory for saving 10 dollars?

I'm now down 25 pounds since I started the diet I'm on. From 194 to 169 (I'm 5"9'). Sorry, no before and after pics to show. The diet is to try and fix some chronic health problems, not to lose weight, so I didn't think to get some before I started. Maybe I'll get out a camera when I've toned up as well as slimmed down, but I'll have to get my health to the point where I can exercise. I really miss physical activity. Most days I can barely make it up the stairs before I'm hurting so bad I have to sit down.

yay I finally found my door snake again! After the trouser snake and the toilet snake the door snake is the most useful domestic snake.

:awesome:

Congrats.

Here in Brazil a new one on sale costs at least R$999 ($580), and second-hand, around R$500 ($280), and Im not even go into the price of a PS3.

I think he meant a 12 month subscription to Xbox live. I haven't seen an actual system for nearly that low.

Good news, bad news day.

Good news: I had updated lab work to see how my body was responding to 6 months of eating healthier (no sugars, only complex carbs, high fiber, high protein). Blood pressure back to normal, glucose levels below danger threshold, cholesterol well below 200.

Bad news: Good cholesterol level dangerously low now (below 30, when suggested is over 50), and today I had a scoop of ice cream for my first sugar in 6 months (and I shouldn't have...), and ugh, now I feel like crap.

Solution: Best way to raise good cholesterol? Regular exercise. So, time for phase 2 of getting healthy, I guess.

For various reasons, I had to cancel going to a concert I'd been looking forward to and sell the tickets. I could've doubled what I paid, but I wanted to be nice and sell them the same as I got them. The girl who bought them was ecstatic to find them for a decent price, so I felt good about that.

I watched a couple Youtube videos, and I'm really glad I didn't go, because the concert appeared pitiful. The CD is awesome, the singer is an incredible talent, but someone behind the scenes needs to be replaced, because when the drums should be producing epic sounds blasting to each side of the audience, they're instead tapping along like a keyboard beat from the back of the stage. I would've been incredibly disappointed going there and hearing lounge when I wanted to rock out.

So I'll call it a minor victory.

Also minor: found some of my old Warhammer rule books I thought I'd sold.

This week is finally over (By which I mean it is now my Monday.) I might actually have some SLEEP on the horizon!

Who'm I kidding? Rhiannon wakes up every morning at 0530 on the nose. But she's so adorable about it, it's still a minor victory. *grins*

Made a couple hamburgers with an Irish whisky reduction, gorgonzola, and sauteed mushrooms and onions for my brother and myself. They were delicious.
