*has just tried this idea out*

Huh. I'll be damned. For a time, you DO forget about your worries and your strife.
HAve you ever heard how it was supposed to sound? Believe me, this version's much better :-P The platinum edition has the original song for it...Not nearly as bouncy.

Wait! They just shopped in a random Asian guy and another pair of sandals. They didn't even bother to get rid of the wine bottle. *cries a little, because he always thought it was real*

Heh. The Asian guy coming in isn't even wearing sandals.
But it doesn't really matter because it's funny as hell when paired with the other one.

I need someone to make me a motivational post with the Slap Chop! I can't get the picture off the page to look good, but if you can do it make it say "Slap Chop (underneath that) You're going to love my nuts!"

My video card has been flaky since I built my computer last year, and I finally decided that it's probably a hardware issue, so I contacted HIS tech support. This happened:

Oh yeah, double FAIL. The form, and my card. HIS says to RMA the card, and they don't do cross-shipping. Well, I'll do it while it's still under warranty. I'll be gone from the forums until I get the replacement back, though.

And because the one I made wasn't very funny, here are some I found:

I think someone just non-ironically posted an honest-to-goodness motivational poster.

Which made me laugh.

I knew I missed something.
I don't think that's why Abu posted it; I just needed to destroy something pretty.
Sigh. Yeah, Juski, I know. That was my subtle attempt to aprreciate what you did to his poster.

WAS IT TOO SUBTLE FOR YOU

There's a town just south of where I live called "High River." I chuckle every time it has flooding (every year, or close to it).

To be fair, it's named after the river that goes through it called the "Highwood river" but still, it's funny.

Yeah, it's getting to be very amusing watching all of the people who live on flood plains every year. Don't get me wrong, I feel bad for them for losing their houses and suffering property damage each year, but honestly, why would you go back every time? And yes, I understand that with mortgages and such you don't always have a lot of choice, but if your home is completely destroyed and you have to take a new loan to rebuild, and you rebuild in exactly the same place, what have you just accomplished?

Two years ago the annual flooding started to get really bad, and they proclaimed that the flooding that year was a 100-year flood, then the next year (last year) the flooding was even worse and they called it 500-year flooding, this year is even worse in some places, what's it going to be now?

Though I have to admit some level of shame at least, it really pisses me off that this has been completely crippling our berry crops the last 3 years and I haven't been able to get any decent local fruit for jam making. Shouldn't people's lives and houses be worth more to me than homemade jam?
