Don't be so serious.Besides, DC has already declared the event discanon after less than a week. Which is a shame, because it made a lot of sense in light of things. What exactly is America supposed to do when a guy who typically represents them decides to do something that might be considered an act of war in some eyes? Especially if there is nothing you can do to stop him.

I have an uncle who thinks the long form BC has provided ironclad proof that Obama is ineligible to be president, no matter how much sense the rest of us try to talk to him. He thinks that because his father was a foreign national, and it is officially listed so on the form, that makes him not a "natural born" citizen, end of story. Our pointing out of Chester A. Arthur's precedent (his father was an irish national) has fallen on deaf ears. It's exasperating.
That's how my father is acting as well. I really wish he'd just give up the ghost and just come out and say it's because Obama's black. I always catch him watching our black neighbors through the window...
