Made me laugh as I drifted off to sleep, picturing Roadhog talking about a 2D Waifu. Which I think was a piece of fanart from several pages ago - Otaku skin Roadhog or something?

Well, it ain't D.Va.
I mean, nobody climbs into that mech thinking, "I am going to do the most damage of anyone" unless they mean the self-destruct wiping the opposing team a few times.
That does beg the question of whether you can get credit for doing more damage than an opponent has left. If you blow up an opposing team full of people with only 37hp left, do you get credit for 37xTeam, or 1000xTeam?
