Last Week Tonight - showed Bear Grylls eating/drinking freshly squeezed elephant shit. I really could have used a warning. Damn near vomited on my PJs.

Despite us trying not to, my wife and I have fallen asleep on the couch while watching every episode in season 2 thus far. Anthony Mackie is great but... yeah. Just not keeping my attention. So skip season 2. Got it. Which is a damned shame. I really liked the first season.
Dwarves... dwarves and elves...AC season 2 is literally only the scenes from the Hobbit movies where elves and hobbits fall in love.
Ah, essential workers. They make good coffee.
It's literally from the first episode.Ah, essential workers.
I've seen a lot of episodes, but never the series in order. I should get around to it, but last I checked there wasn't a decent dvd box with Dutch subtitles available. It's literally from the first episode.
I dunno, that sounds like the type of thing that will get cancelled after 1 season with no resolution.Found this TV show on Netflix called Breaking Bad, it's about the trials of a middle class family and the American healthcare system in New Mexico. I won't spoil it for you but it's really good.
I'm going to be honest with you Nick. There are more Hitchcock and Scullys in policing than there are Terry and Rosas. So I've been working my way through Brooklyn 99 for the first time. Up to Season 6. And I have to ask: why are Hitchcock and Scully still employed there? They're incompetent bordering on dangerous, Scully is flat-out misogynistic, and don't seem to actually help in cases.
Like, I get it's a comedy and like the supporting characters in Scrubs like Ted, Doug, and Todd, they're the "comedy weapons" when you need a punchline. And the two actors are funny as hell, with great chemistry between the two.
But is there a canonical reason why they're still employed at the 99, or for the NYPD at all? With characters like Ted, Doug, and Todd, they were at least half-competent at their jobs. Well, Doug and Todd. I think Ted was kept only because Kelso wanted someone to torture.
But Hitchcock and Scully not only are rarely, if ever, involved in a case, oblivious with their own shenanigans (usually something food related), that I can't for the life of me understand why anyone at the 99 keeps them employed there. They're completely useless.
An addendum on the Scrubs thoughts:
Doug was exceptionally incompetent until he started working in the morgue, where he fit right in.
Todd, as much as he was horribly sexist, was to my recollection rarely shown to be bad at being a surgeon.
