Latest ep of Hannibal: Everbody now- SAW IT COMING! Still a good show though, it can get away with predictable once in a while.
I think everyone knew that was coming because they weren't really trying to hide it, considering the ice fishing scene a few episodes again.

Well, everyone except Hannibal.

Oh yeah, forgot that. Neat.

Also I know it goes without saying, but Margot's brother is the creepiest creep in the history of creepdom. He's border line super villain.
I cannot wait for Will to kill him right before he's about to kill Hannibal to trick Hannibal into thinking he's still on his side. Just a guess though. This spoiler is merely preemptive in the case this actually happens of course.

I don't think you needed to spoiler that; I'm 99% certain that's not how it's going to go down. They're not introducing these characters to blow them this season, and we've seen a certain event that's going to happen, beginning of episode 1.

As for Verger, I thought that scene with the kid in the stable was going to go a lot ... uglier.

I as well, really really really really REALLY glad they took the high road on that.

Yeah, it was sort of annoying, though, they played it as a DUN DUN Freddie Lounds is alive! But at the same time, the foreshadowing was pretty clear. It was like they couldn't decide if they wanted the audience to be in on the conspiracy or shocked by it.

I guess, though elsewhere online I saw people who were totally buying what Will was selling to Hannibal, so maybe they had to do some of it that way. On another note, I'm wondering ...

if Dr. Chilton might still be alive too.

It seems unlikely, but we've had other situations where the audience believes a character is dead, but they never outright say it or show a body, and then the character is alive, so ... until they make it absolutely clear, I'm not pegging anything as definite.
But didn't we see his brain matter all over the wall?

Spending my sick day (during continued furlough) watching more Breaking Bad. I'm on episode 6.

Precisely how often does Jesse get his ass beat in this show?

I already knew this from Law & Order, but--methheads are scary. But I'll have to wait and see how that plays out either later tonight or tomorrow; wife is home and she doesn't watch this.

All that bitching said, Walt doesn't give Jesse credit when on the rare occasion that it's due. I'm not surprised he has a hard time communicating with his son*. He's been a teacher for so long that he has trouble not being critical.

*
The scene where they practiced driving particularly irked me. He's getting after him for using both feet on the pedals--the kid has cerebral palsy! His legs don't fucking work right. My brother had cerebral palsy and he couldn't even walk or talk. I was totally on the kid's side during the season 1 intervention when calling his dad out after all the shit the kid has to deal with.

Breaking Bad, season 2, episode 12, holy shit ...

Does Walt realize he just killed her? Not in not stopping the vomiting, but she was on her side before he shook Jesse. Fuck ...

Oh yes... he realizes. He doesn't care.
But he was crying.

And now I'm into the next episode and a certain someone just showed up at the police station, and I'm freaking the fuck out.

EDIT: "Which one?" AAAHHHH, make it stop. How am I gonna make it through three more seasons of this? I have to keep pausing to collect my nerves.

Welcome to Breaking Bad.... hope you survive the experience.

I wouldn't say Walt didn't care.
He just wanted her out of the way and saw his chance. He made the choice to let someone die to make his life easier, and it's still capable of bothering him.
