I know exactly how you feel. When it's really cloudy for more than a couple of days, I get in a major slump.
We had an almost complete lack of Spring and Summer last year, and then this year it started to look like it was going to be a good year, when we had a couple weeks of really nice weather in May; but now it's Juneuary again, and it's really hard to be cheerful when it's 50-55F and rainy.
Nary a cloud in the sky. I'm looking forward to finishing this thing I'm working on so then I can go outside for a bit.
I'd be ecstatic if it were 55F here, even for a daily low... need the rain too.

Excellent. In fact she's super proud of her education to the point that she seems like she has a superiority complex. She also claims to be amazing at sex.
OKC is right, I never want to talk to this person.
Sounds like the girl my friend was dating...the one I keep saying is a skeet...but she is an educated skeet.
Every time I talked to her she would brag about how awesome she was at sex.

You're in Houston, too, right? It's been around 100 for a couple of weeks now. And yeah, everything's drying again. Supposed to rain today, and the clouds are there. I really hope some of it makes up toward Hill Country, too.
I am North of H-town. And it has been 10 degrees cooler this week than it was this time last year... I hate 95, but it is far better than 105 with humidity.

I went to the library tonight. First trip to the library since I've been home squeee. While I was walking through adult fiction a little girl came up and started talking to me. What's your name? Where do you live? What's your favorite color?
I said, "I like pink and blue." She smiled.
I said," I bet you like purple." (her entire outfit was purple).
She nodded and said," and yellow. Do you like yellow?"
I said, "I like some yellow.
She pointed at a book that was this weird greenish yellow and said, "that's yellow"
I took another yellow book off the shelf and said, "I like this yellow better." I looked at the book and it actually looked interesting so I put it in my basket.
She picked a purple book and said "take this one it's purple."
It was by Ivana Trump. Haha I still put it in my basket thinking I'd take it out later. I ended up just keeping it. I bet it is delightfully awful.
The point of this completely random story is one- kids are so damn cute and two- I have often picked a book based on its cover, but never have I picked a book based on its color.
We'll see how it goes.
