Animated sitcom made by the same dude who did "Megas XLR", Goat was even in it. I just find it...really weird how almost none of the actors on that show had real careers after it was cancelled.
Goat SOMEHOW made it to Metalocalpsye too. Did one of the Megas/Downtown guys work on it too?

Meh. Metalocalypse had some funny moments and some quotable accents, but overall was fair at best.

...shit, like the actual voice actor? AND DAMMIT-why does every show he's on get cancelled? CURSE YOU CURSE!

Episode 1.

Meh. Metalocalypse had some funny moments and some quotable accents, but overall was fair at best.
It deserved a proper ending... Williams Street seems to disagree however, refusing to sell or lease the rights to Brendon Small, despite him coming up with enough funding to produce "Army of the Doomstar", which is supposed to be the musical finale to the story. They don't even AIR the show anymore.

They made the fans do a "Fax campaign" to get the show back, with NO intention of living up to it. Dick move Adult Swim, dick move. I fear for Rick and Morty's safety.

Every live chat they did for months was 48% insults to whatever 2 douchenuggets they had livestreaming, 49% demands to bring back Metalocalypse, and 3% sexual harassment.

Could you elaborate, please?
Lewis C.K. claims it's just an expanded version of his "I'm an Asshole" routine. Leary claims he wrote it with Chris Phillips and Lewis wasn't involved.

My take? It's a trans-formative work: Leary added more material, put it to music and beat, and performed it that way. He probably should have given Lewis some props, but he clearly added his own mark to the act and made it his own. Too bad it's basically the only interesting thing Leary's ever done. I'd say he has a show, but to quote the Simpsons "Do you mean the show that got cancelled or the show that's going to get cancelled?".

7 seasons of Rescue Me
5 Ice Age movies for a presumably staggering amount of money
2 seasons so far of Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll
1 season (19 episodes) of The Job
The Ref
The Thomas Crown Affair
The Amazing Spider-Man
Suicide Kings
Some 50-odd other movie
Godfather to Elizabeth Hurley's son (they're very close friends and have done several movies together)

but no, that one bit off one of his comedy albums from 1993 is the high point for him. Sure.

I COMPLETELY forgot he was in The Thomas Crown Affair and Spider-man. Point taken.

As for Ice Age... we only get those because they make mad money in Russia. Where they get, you know, dubbed over.

TIL i learned that dennis leary is/was? in the Ice Age movies, the Job, and sexdrugs&rock and roll

however, i'm gonna probably forget all of those within a couple weeks because who cares about dennis leary

also Rescue Me is the worst "prestige drama" ever to get 2 seasons, much less 7. It might be remembered as our most embarrassing pop cultural reaction to 9/11 if the nick cage movie or loose change didn't exist.

also, for what it's worth, when i was a teenager and using Napster, i loved that "I'm an asshole" song before i grew up. the only dennis leary role that comes to mind is Demolition Man

I always liked Bill Hicks better anyway.

86 degrees is hot. There's a reason "room temperature" is defined, and it's over 15 degrees cooler than 86 degrees. Just because "hotter" exists doesn't mean that some hots are not deserving of their name.

ALL TEMPERATURES MATTER.[DOUBLEPOST=1470327530,1470327462][/DOUBLEPOST]/tongue firmly in cheek, in case it's not obvious. I'm not trying to start a flame war here.

I thought "room temperature" was 75 degrees.

I keep my home thermostat set at about 82 in the summer. Sometimes 80 if I want cooler. Just drying the air out is a massive relief.

My power company's website has a tool that lets you see what your neighbors are paying each month (statistically--obviously it doesn't say JimBob at 1234 is paying $XXX), and we are always well below the mean.
