I know this will get me kicked out of the Garfield fanclub, but I don't like lasagna.

Normally not liking a food is whatver, people have different tastes. But there is no logical reason I shouldn't like lasagna. I like every single component of it. Pasta, meat, sauce, and cheese is a combination that is normally great. I just don't like lasagna. I don't know why and it bothers me far more than it should.

Lasagna can be made in different ways which can affect the flavors. I hated Lasagna (and goulash) growing up, but once I started making it myself in a way that was different from what I was used to, I like them a lot more.

What's wrong with you people?
Well, my nose is a little runny right now.

I'm buzzing on 3 cups of coffee.

I have a slight toothache.

I'm a little chilled, this bar isn't kept very warm.

One of the chicken nuggets I just ate was a little rubbery, so I'm concerned I might get horrifically sick in a couple hours.

I'm feeling a tinge of sadness because I'm missing my cats, and I'm a little ashamed that I miss one more than the other.

I'm watching men's curling on TV.

Got something for the last two:

This was my experience with mac and cheese. Growing up I hated it because I either got the cheap shit out of a box or this horrible, burnt concoction my grandmother used to make. Once I got older and tried versions, I discovered that I just hadn’t had a good recipe yet.

I used to love pretty much all lasagna. Now I'm more picky. Why?

Because vegetable lasagna is the dish of choice for the opening night of a church program my sister used to be head chef for. I get why, it's fairly cheap, it can be made in large quantities, and it has broad appeal. But when you're cooking for 70+, not knowing how many will show up, you end up with a lot of leftovers.

I've eaten so much leftover vegetable lasagna, I'm nauseated by it. Even with meat I'm still picky about texture and cheese ratio.

Dang, didn't even know to keep an eye out for you. This has to be the busiest single day that I've ever attended at TRF. It was crowded, and I agree about he vaping.

Oh yeah, it was crowded as hell. And man, my dogs are barking. So much walking and standing, not enough sitting and watching.

Hah, I saw the SG-1 guys when I was there, too. This weekend was the so-called heroes and villains weekend event at the Texas Renaissance Festival. Apparently it's the first year they've had it and I guess it transcends time.

There is no way to check if a belt fits that doesn't look like you might be shoplifting. My instinct was to intentionally go where no one in the store would see me but then I realized that'd look worse.

If you're that self-conscious about belts, maybe go to place with dressing rooms, or run up to the nearest associate and go "I assure you I am not criminal scum."

The Texas Renaissance festival has definitely gotten really crowded over the last 10 years. And for whatever reason it always seems to be boiling hot the day I go.

Yeah, we usually go for 1001 Dreams weekend, past 4 times we've had mid 90's temps in the middle of October, decided to go a little later this year and still had temps near 80. This is the first weekend that we've seen crowds like this though. I'm thinking that they'll be announcing a new record attendance for this weekend.

I did hear several vendors telling people to come to Sherwood (near Austin on 290) in the Spring, that they would have some things there that weren't allowed at TRF. First I've heard that from so many different people.

My kids had a blast at the ren fest yesterday and just had to take pictures with Zelda. And link and some chick from sword art or something. I dunno. But it was cool

I can get like Greg from "Night in the Woods", minus the bisexual college-leaving manic depressive cable-walking catgirl best-friend with questionable bass talents depending on the player. My point is, I SUCK at rhythm games, just out loud.
