As a celebration for getting into uni i had myself a 500g ribeye with potatoes, green asparagus and a redwine reduction. I am gonna sleep good tonight.
Zourbian and khubz ‘Arabi. They’re wonderful Arab dishes. The zourbian is a casserole with saffron rice on the top, chicken and yogurt in the center, and onions on the bottom. The other dish is just pita bread but I made both from scratch.
