Yeah, that's Benedict. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Probably. Sitting in a chair is about a six in the pain scale.I guess that means I will spend the night making Christmas cookies, instead of hobo murdering.

*sheepishly raises hand*Who the fuck double spaces after a period any more?
Group paper.
I did not compile it.
The formatting is totally wrong and I fixed it.
I can guarantee my group-mates will tell me it was ok despite the fact that it is not APA style AT ALL.

I know. I do it sometimes, too. It was just the last straw in looking over this paper. The appendices were not separate pages, the in-text citations were wrong, there's a reference citation that wasn't included and one that has the publisher as author instead of the agencies the document is from, there were extra spaces between paragraphs, and on and on with the extra space after a period being one more thing that would be correct if I had done this myself. I HATE GROUP PROJECTS.*sheepishly raises hand*
It's how I was initially taught, and the habit's been hard to break. I know it's completely unnecessary and unwanted in modern computer typography, but old habits die hard.
I gave up. LOLAt least the double spaces after periods should be easy to fix. Find and replace, and you've probably got it.
I have recently started trying to break myself of this habit. I still have to find/replace most of the time to fix many, many instances.Group paper.

Don't read the spoiler, Gas.

And I still double space after a period to this day. Because I learned it so early and have been doing it so long, I'd have a better chance of learning to properly spellwierdweird the first time.
And today I've dropped from a 6 to a 4, so I'm back at work again... let's see if tylenol can get me through the day. I never realized how awful my chair at work is for circulation.
