I only use it for navigation and Audible. For those things, it seems OK. I've driven cars with worse built-in navigation, so it's definitely a factor for me when buying a new car.
The Google maps for AA is missing half it's functionality. Most notably for me, the speed trap reporting stuff.

I've switched to Waze.

At this point I'm willing to entertain conspiracy theories.
