What are you playing?

Also, you might want to consider getting the Arcade game they released before the game came out. It's a fun, gauntlet style game that also gives you a new weapon in Space Marine, the Power Sword.

Power Sword's always been a part of 40K, it was just generally saved for the elite Marines, specifically leaders and librarians.

I liked Space Marine, but yeah the main issue was it being fairly short.

I think he means that the arcade game came with a special Power Sword as an unlocked DLC weapon for Space Marine.

This. You can't use the Power Sword in Space Marine without owning the arcade game, at least for the console versions. It just doesn't spawn among your weapon choices. Not sure about the PC version.

Of course, this is kinda moot. I think you can get a Power Axe in the game normally and I KNOW you can get a Thunder Hammer.

Ah, that makes sense. Already had the arcade game so I didn't know it was an unlockable when I played.

FFXII sucked me back in. The only downside right now is the absurd amount of grinding I need to do, though I could cheese it thanks to Gambits if I really wanted to. Apparently there's a certain way to set them up so that a rare monster that spawns endless weaker monsters won't be able to kill you, and you can literally set it and forget it while your party hacks up the little ones for xp. I've considered doing it, but it feels so cheap.

Playing Mighty Wardens on iOS. It's pretty much Castle Crashers, and I'm in the top 200 players in a couple categories. It just needs more players for a great multiplayer experience. Game's cheap. Got get it.

Slowly working my way through Thief Gold some more.

Played the level The Thieves' Guild for the first time today, since I only had The Dark Project back then. Wow, the sheer size and scope of this level made my head hurt.

I just finished Sleeping Dogs this week. I HIGHLY recommend this game. I found the story/writing/acting to be extremely compelling. It's finally an open-world/sandbox game in the vane of GTA where it actually has a hero with noble motivations rather than slinging drugs and pimping. It does that with you also feeling a sense that you are really family with the Triad gang that you're infiltrating, resulting in some great moral dilemas.

Also, it looks gorgeous.

Finished 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors ... well, sort of. Apparently I have to play it a few times to get the "real" ending, or maybe just a better one. The ending I got sure sucked. But that's okay; I was kind of disappointed when I got the "best" ending for Heavy Rain on my first try, because then it felt like I had nothing to work toward and would just have to screw up on purpose to see other endings. In this case I can at least try different options for a better result.

Get this on PC with the free high def texture pack. It looks amazing.

You really do feel like you are of two worlds, bring a triad and a cop.

So Tera goes F2P in February, and the trial right now is unlimited with a level 28 cap. Thought I'd give the game a shot, but unfortunately it has the absolute worst launcher I've ever used. It crashes immediately, and the only answers on how to fix it are weird workaround solutions, like turning off your internet and opening it first. Even after that, it crashes mid-download consistently. So much for that, I guess.

Finished Space Marine. I wish there had been a real final boss fight instead of a gauntlet and then a quick-time event. Also:

I liked the twist better when they did it in the first Dawn of War.

I liked that the Blood Ravens show up in the game.

Relic's chapter has so much more lore on them now than most official chapters.
