[Webcomic] Webcomic Appreciation Jamboree

Ok, did Mike Krahulik have a stroke? That's the only thing that could explain the art lately (yes, I understand that he's probably experimenting, but this is a step backwards).

The entire strip is pretty bad but that middle panel really takes the cake.

What heck is going on there?

(Also, I wouldn't have even seen this if you hadn't tagged me since I don't honestly read this particular thread.)

Just because I have nothing to give (on account of not having enough to share) doesn't mean I don't care.
Also, excepting for incredibly uncommon circumstances, I'm sure the 4's had to climb up from 3, who had to climb up from 2, etc.
Practice, persist, prevail.

I just have not found the Kaz/Pat relationship believable at all in Gunnerkrigg court. There was barely any set up and the interactions were generally unbelievable. This is a rare misstep for Tom. Of course, looking through the comments, I seem to be in the minority.

No worries, Terrik. You weren't the only one doing it and it left me really confused and wondering if I had mis-remembered their names. I had to go back to the comic and find out.

I like Table Titans, but something about it sort of makes me sad. Like....I dunno. It sort of seems like they have sad lives. I don't know if that is intentional.

When I was in my early 20s, I had a roommate named Dave who had a regular D&D group, and yes, he and they all had the saddest lives I ever imagined anyone (who had a roof over their head and a full time job) having.
