It's from the movie The Wanderers.

This is from the climactic gang fight scene. I don't remember the impetus, but a bunch of different gangs start brawling with each other. All of a sudden this huge other gang (the Ducky Boys) show up, and the gangs stop fighting each other and join forces against them. The big guy swinging motherfuckers is actually one of the gang members' dad, who basically shows up because he likes wrecking other people's shit.

There's now about 6 channels. Tetris, Street Fighter, Pokemon Crystal and a couple others.
