Amazon is having a Digital Games Mayhem sale. Lots of games and bundles.
This is everything you need to know about why you should buy Saints Row The Third:Whoa the way you guys plug saints row I feel like I should pick that up at $18
I haven't played multiplayer yet, to be honest. It's a lot of fun multiplayer
On the one hand, I don't like first person shooters, but on the other hand, it is the most efficient way to be verbally abused by 12 year olds, if that ever becomes necessary.Battlefield 3 is free on Origin.
Not a bad game, if you're willing to pay that price.
It's a $5 DC encyclopedia.Scribblenauts Unmasked is $4.99 today. Worth it?
It's much more difficult than it seems.https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly
Humble Bumble's current weekly deal is RPG Maker VX. I've thought about getting it in the past. Being a long-time fan of the old school Final Fantasy games, I've always been tempted to try my hand at making an RPG.
So...yes or no on this?
That's what I'm afraid of. I've never had the patience for creator-mode stuff in games. Never really enjoyed even, say, building houses in The Sims. Or the patience to learn how to create levels in Little Big Planet. It's much more difficult than it seems.
It's probably still worth the $6 for the games they offer. To The Moon is probably worth that price alone. That's what I'm afraid of. I've never had the patience for creator-mode stuff in games. Then you really won't have patience for this, because not only do you have to create the sprites, environments, etc; you have battle imagery, balancing, item setup, some minor coding. It's less a game and more making a game. That's what I'm afraid of. I've never had the patience for creator-mode stuff in games. Never really enjoyed even, say, building houses in The Sims. You don't need it for Eternal Sin or To the Moon. Both of those games are stand alone. But some games DO require the resources and engine of the main version. Then you really won't have patience for this, because not only do you have to create the sprites, environments, etc; you have battle imagery, balancing, item setup, some minor coding. However, as Ashburner indicated, there are games made using RPGMaker and you would need the program to play them.
It does come with a very large resource pack of already created tiles, sprites, images, sounds, music, etc, so there is something there to tinker with without having to create the things yourself. Of course, you still have to put them together. Then you really won't have patience for this, because not only do you have to create the sprites, environments, etc; you have battle imagery, balancing, item setup, some minor coding. I'm trying to figure out if it's easier/cheaper for me to buy the Complete Edition of Civ 5, or to buy the individual expansions I don't have.75% off everything Civilization on Steam
http://www.gog.com/downloaderWelp, just bought the remake of Leisure Suit Larry, Theme Park, and The Cat Lady via the GoG sale. Only paid a little over $8 for the lot of them.[DOUBLEPOST=1402761595,1402761442][/DOUBLEPOST]By the way, I thought I heard somewhere that GoG has their own client similar to Steam now. I don't see it on their site, though. Where can I get it?
Well, they are working on something like that, but it isn't out yet.Ah. Yeah, I have that. For some reason, I thought I'd heard they had recently released a Steam-like client of their own.
