I had a similar experience to your friends after cutting out soda.Earlier this week, I decided to stop using Oasis juice in my protein shakes. I read the health label, which listed it with 26 gm of sugar per serving. That pales in comparison to how much is in Coke or something, but it's still pretty high. Besides, I get all the fruit benefits from the frozen fruit I use, already.
Just weighed myself again today. Down to 219. It's probably a coincidence, but I can't help but wonder how much a difference this change will make. I've known friends who were major soda drinkers that either reduced or removed their soda consumption from the diet and lost at least 5 pounds very quickly.[DOUBLEPOST=1411673006,1411672780][/DOUBLEPOST]You guys ever seen this? It compares various products that contain sugar with sugar cubes. Some of it's pretty surprising.

Honestly, it's bad for you in a number of ways. I can't imagine how someone can drink that on a daily basis. I lucked out that my parents refused to have it in the house when I was growing up. It was only for special occasions like parties, at the movies, etc.The acid in soda is also bad for you if you're trying to build muscle mass, so I hear.
Because it's caffeine and bubbles. The buzz of coffee with the whimsy of champagne. The sweetness of candy and no hangovers.Honestly, it's bad for you in a number of ways. I can't imagine how someone can drink that on a daily basis.
If you believe in the countless broscientists out there, they'll invent any number of reasons why you can't build muscle mass. They're also the same group that will pay staggering amounts of money on placebo products if a juice monkey tells them it works. The acid in soda is also bad for you if you're trying to build muscle mass, so I hear.
Give them a guilt trip about being dead when their family needs them because they didn't work out.Unfortunately, I've gotten the guilt trip from some friends about taking time away from my family to workout.
This is better than my response so I'll just quote it and e - hug you. Hug.Give them a guilt trip about being dead when their family needs them because they didn't work out.
So is change blindness.Love is funny I guess.
