I'm pretty sure I played D.Va more in July. In fact, our trend turned around when I stopped playing support. So fuck that shit. [emoji14]
Also, I've told Terrik to auto lock in DPS to start, because 90% of the time when we lose, the randos are not doing their share of the DPS.

Must've been games you played without me, then, because my charts show a losing trend until this weekend. We went 19-15 this weekend, and 2 weeks ago between that patch going live and you heading down to Texas, we went 10-11.
(Terrik and I only played QP while you were gone, once, and went 1-1)
That's your ranking chart, what does your win/loss trend look like? Mine goes steadily up all month.

I think she's pulling her graphs directly out of the game client, under player statistics, I'm getting mine off of masteroverwatch.com.

Anyway, looking at Dei's stats on masteroverwatch, it's pretty clear that yeah, her trend turned around 2 weeks ago during games I wasn't part of, whereas I've been on a losing streak all month until this past saturday. My guess is, those games took place while I was "on leave" to Empyrion to play with my friend who never gets to play.
Yeah, well I can't play competitive with you guys until I hit level 25, and right now I'm only level 10. I try to duck into practice so I don't atrophy too much, but it's hard to get exp when I can only get 30min or so of play at a time. Also in the custom game I learned that Mei is not a very good counter for Reaper, at least not one-on-one. Ouch.

The only time matches run long is Overtime, otherwise yeah they're fairly short, sometimes no more than a few minutes if a Control Point map gets absolutely dominated.

Since the overtime rules changes, matches tend to wrap up PDQ. I'd say most matches I'm in run between 8-12 mins.
If a Hearthstone match took me 30 minutes I would lose my mind.
I never even used Master Overwatch before, pretty interesting to see some of my stats and how they stack up with others. Looks like in both Competitive and Quick Play I am hovering around a 53% win-rate.
Also, it looks like I am one hell of a better blocker tank then I though, as it's saying I am in the top 2% in Quick Play and top 3% in competitive for damage blocked. Also top 12% for medals earned in Quick Play, though my Competitive medal ranking is more balanced in the 50% region.

I think the awarding of medals is skewed in favor of DPS classes, to be honest. Kills, objective kills, and damage dealt all disproportionately favor DPS classes, whereas two of the remaining three categories (objective time, fewest deaths) are up for grabs among just about any class, and the final one is a bone thrown to healers (but usually goes to Lucio, in my experience, if there's multiple healers).
And I say that as probably one of the biggest beneficiaries of the bias. I'm far from the best overwatch player there is - not even remotely the best Soldier 76 even, I'm squarely middle of the pack in everything but objective time/obj kills - but I'm in the top 4%/7% for medals per minute in QC/Comp respectively.

But that still just means that the medals are weighted even more heavily toward DPS classes.
I got 4 medals on Lucio last night. To be fair, though, it was maps with ledges I could sound blast people off of. God, I love doing that.
BTW, apparently my best character is Lucio.

Sounds like someone is really salty about a) Bastion, and b) having to carry their team.

I mean, no offense, but if you're getting 4 gold medals on Lucio, your team is bad. That's why I was commenting on how Terrik and I were tanking and getting all the medals.
