Sometimes you don't gotta break yourself if you wanna have a nice dinner.
Morey's pre-marinated Alaskan salmon (from Costco), grilled for that smokey flavor.
Sriracha flavored green beans (Bird's Eye brand)--I hate green beans, but these were delicious.
Farro cooked in chicken stock (Trader Joe's brand)
Dinner rolls (Sister Schubert heat and eat).
All told, dinner took me less than 20 minutes, not counting grill warming time, and I barely did anything at all.
Put the salmon on frozen (which the box says you can do), and flipped it once after 8 minutes.
Cooked the farro in a pot for 10 minutes, hands-off.
Put the beans in the microwave--5.5 minutes.
Heated the rolls in the oven for 12 minutes.
Dinner still looked fancy and phenomenal, with no work at all. No wonder so many people don't know how to cook.
