Random Video Game Crap

More so than Federation Force, Sticker Star 2 err I mean, Color Splash is evidence that Nintendo is out of touch with its player base.
The sales data is abysmal as well: it sold less than 4k units in Japan in it's first week and premiered in the US and UK selling underneath older titles like New Super Mario Brothers 2 and Tomodachi Life. Yes, it sold less than TOMODACHI LIFE, THE DEFINITION OF A WIDGET SERIES. No one wanted this game.

I mean Jesus fucking FUCK, would it be SO bad to have two separate MaRPG series?
I don't get what you're saying here. In a way they do have two separate ones (Paper Mario and Mario/Luigi), but separating to more RPG series (by which I assume you mean 7 Stars) won't make them restore Paper Mario to its former glory.

I mean how Nintendo is actively making Paper Mario less RPG....ey in favor or Mario and Luigi.

Someone just needs to get Miyamoto's claws out of like, everything Nintendo. Dude needs to retire and realize his ideas aren't fun and engaging anymore.

It makes me wonder how much time he spends playing games.

Yeah, aside from going into a battle screen, Paper Mario is no longer an RPG. Maybe it was too much.

As far as I know, he was never much of a game player. His ideas were born out of simple hobbies he enjoyed. Legend of Zelda was born out of his fascination with exploring caves, and Pikmin from his love of gardening.

But we at least have the TEDIUM of some RPGs, like collecting all the stickers and putting them in your...sticker library...every variation of every sticker...why did they think that would be fun? Were they thinking it'd be like "Catchin' em all" like in Pokemon? POKEMON ARE CUTE-stickers are boring.

This. Miyamoto is legally forbidden from talking about his hobbies because Nintendo wants him to be their exclusive font of game ideas. Regardless, he ether needs to retire or stop interfering in the business side of things.

And even the video game side if it's his fault for Star Fox Zero's controls.

Like, what the fuck hobby makes you want those controls?

"I was inspired by my hobby of flailing around on the bus to work and getting motion sickness, I knew this needed to be part of Star Fox."

It was released recently...kind-of annoyed.

I've played Sticker Star way more than is merited. I know these areas. This is a trailer for Sticker Star. Can you find the more recent video? Because this only makes sense if they're re-using everything from Sticker Star right down to the areas, which would be incredibly lazy?

Fucking hell. My Xbox controller that I use on my PC just stopped working for no reason. It sputtered while I played Awesomenauts, going off and on. Now there aren't any lights on and the computer won't even register it at all.

*sigh* Guess I'll have to buy a new one.

Is it an Xbox One controller? I used to use one plugged into my PC, but apparently just leaving it plugged in all the time fucks up the shitty ass USB connector on it and it doesn't work anymore either.

I highly recommend the Steam Controller.
I'd love to TEST one to see if I like it. But I don't think that's an option anywhere.

Yeah, I and DID leave it plugged in all the time, with the computer running most of the time. Never thought it'd be a problem since I do the same with my keyboard and mouse.

Oh, and I got a new controller. An Afterglow. It's kinda neat. I can leave a backlight turned on or it lights up when the controller rumbles. It's a silly extra feature, but it's kinda neat.[DOUBLEPOST=1474489804,1474489753][/DOUBLEPOST]
I use an Afterglow PL-3702, but the Afterglow line in general seems to be good.
Holy shit, NINJA'D. :p
(The laugh tag was the fact that I saw your post immediately after hitting post for this.)

I use a Dualshock 4 with a long ass wire.

USB Dongle should be out by X-Mas, finally.

It's so fucking comfy.

I use a plain Playstation 1 controller with a USB adapter. At some point I should upgrade to one with joysticks, but I'm so used to it...

This is what I use, except I just use it with bluetooth and DS4Windows so it's battery doesn't get annihilated.

I have the green one, and so far it's been good.
