Holy shit that looks rad!
Fuck yeah, this looks rad.
That's actually not a bad thing. That LOOKS okay... but we got basically no plot details out of that trailer. Like... what is the movie about?
A visually splendid and probably mostly braindead Luc Besson sci-fi joint. I'm totally cool with that. That LOOKS okay... but we got basically no plot details out of that trailer. Like... what is the movie about?

If you want to get an idea of what the story might be.
Well the trailer did say, "Based on the..."I've never heard of this comic. The fuck?
Not gonna lie, I always skip through those parts of trailers.Well the trailer did say, "Based on the..."
Frank is a big fan of the Wadsworth Constant. Not gonna lie, I always skip through those parts of trailers.
It sounds like the plot might be drawing basis from the second season of Stand Alone Complex, considering one of the film's producers has said that they'll be using Hideo Kuze as the villain.I only watched the original movie and this seems to be going with a different plot. Is this Stand Alone Complex or a new thing?
They seemed to have edited them out in a later scene.Wow, those goggle eyes on PseudoBatou look really, really shitty. Like "Didn't place at a local con's cosplay contest" kind of shitty.
I still say they miscast Batou. They needed a much more muscle-y guy.[DOUBLEPOST=1479052021,1479051889][/DOUBLEPOST]Wow, those goggle eyes on PseudoBatou look really, really shitty. Like "Didn't place at a local con's cosplay contest" kind of shitty.
No mention of the Individual 11 though... wonder how that will work. Maybe it is just about a conspiracy in the companies performing the cyberization process itself, and Kuze's plotline has been altered to be about that instead of the Individual 11.They seem to be drawing from a mish-mash of the material. The Geisha thing is clearly from Season 1 of SAC. The fight in the water is from the first movie. And yes, Kuze is SAC season 2.
That's not necessarily a bad thing. Are these movies just like, nearly shot for shot with the animated movie?
