They'll tell you this is just the normal course of business, farmers get bailouts all the time, there's nothing different here than there was when they first started rolling out CRP credits - which they're still totally against, by the way, but if everyone else is gonna take them, then they have to too, or they'll be at a disadvantage - but it's no different than all them other times they got checks from the government. And if this sounds a bit too cynical, or a bit too far out there... you could replace every "they" with a "we" and it'd be something I'd heard word for word from an uncle of mine, last time they were getting ready to send out bailout checks to farmers. As long as life doesn't change too much, the routine doesn't get shaken up too badly, it wouldn't matter if Stalin was in the White House. Sometimes I wonder if it'd matter if it was Hitler.
Are we up to 5 yet?Oh boy gee golly wiz it sure was a mistake to look at the Kavanaugh news this morning!
There was an anonymous letter written accusing him of assault, but the people that are anti-kavanaugh seem to think that it was made up by republicans to try to discredit the other accusers (like what they tried to do with Roy Moore). Are we up to 5 yet?

Probably referring to Trump saying the whole #metoo movement is dangerous for men and should be stopped. Sexual assault just isn’t fun if the victims are allowed to tell other people about it, y’know? There was an anonymous letter written accusing him of assault, but the people that are anti-kavanaugh seem to think that it was made up by republicans to try to discredit the other accusers (like what they tried to do with Roy Moore).
I'm not sure what @Hailey Zero Mission is referring to though.
It was about other men stepping forward to say they were the ones who sexually assaulted Ford and she mistook them for Kavanaugh. This is how hard the Republicans will go for this. There was an anonymous letter written accusing him of assault, but the people that are anti-kavanaugh seem to think that it was made up by republicans to try to discredit the other accusers (like what they tried to do with Roy Moore).

To him, it's like a steak objecting to being eaten. Women aren't people, they're noisy fuckmeat at worst and pretty possessions at best.He did just go on record saying women lie about sexual assault just to ruin men, and I fully believe he can't comprehend any other possibility.
Well, to him, that'd be more like a case of destruction of property than an actual assault on a person.Sorry, let me amend my statement: he only believes it could happen if a minority did it to a white woman, you know, minorities not being human and all that. Otherwise, all the previous statements apply.
I've never heard this term used before. It's amazing.noisy fuckmeat
CNN article.
pretty possessions at best
It's like I said in the Bill Cosby discussion: he's been getting away with it for decades and now he's finally getting caught. This isn't ruining a life: he was benefitting on borrowed time.I am sick of hearing people saying how this can damage Kavanaugh's Future.
He's 50 and had a life long career as a lawyer, judge, White House advisor, I WISH I had a future as sunny as his past.
So... even Trump was laughing at the idea that his admin did more then any other previous admin?
You're no supposed to put things in context! That requires critical thinking and long term memory; things Trump supporters don't have.So... even Trump was laughing at the idea that his admin did more then any other previous admin?
