I'm having trouble finding details, too. Though the snippets in this TIME video are disturbing:Has anyone seen a more substantive criticism from the ACLU regarding the new sexual assault guidelines beyond their twitter feed?
Any plan that isn't a variation of telling the GOP to go fuck themselves is a bad plan.Pelosi's plan right now sounds like "let's give Republicans what they want and then maybe they'll give us some things, but if they don't, that's okay ".
Kinda like any plan where you lose your hat is a bad plan"?Any plan that isn't a variation of telling the GOP to go fuck themselves is a bad plan.
I thought we already had that discussion? Why the fuck are even colleges investigating criminal matters in the 1st place?
Hey! Ranting about that is my schtick. Why the fuck are even colleges investigating criminal matters in the 1st place?

We did. The short version is many colleges/universities dwarf the communities in which they reside, so the attached town may not have the budgetary resources to as effectively police and adjudicate both themselves and the campus, so those municipalities are more than happy to offload the burden onto the school's "campus police," whose coffers grow ever fatter from ballooning tuition and fee hikes. Then the big cities see it happen in the small college towns, and say, "hey, we could save some money doing the same thing, even if we don't have the same problems. Now the precedent is set, so we have an excuse to follow suit."I thought we already had that discussion?

It also happens in your local bodega, i don't see many bartenders pulling double duty as gin joint judges.Believe it or not, criminal activity happens on college campuses.
Well, they couldn't just contribute to their local police force, could they... that's, like, communism...We did. It's not what SHOULD be happening, but it is often the state of things.
Dunno if they’re as upset about “Communism” as they are about no longer having control of how that money would be spent.Well, they couldn't just contribute to their local police force, could they... that's, like, communism...
Too bad you live in a country where that could never be taken care of by having some sort of written paper that has certain conditions that have to be met to qualify for getting the money... nope, the US sure ain't famous for something like that...Dunno if they’re as upset about “Communism” as they are about no longer having control of how that money would be spent.

And I wish that websites could only LEGALLY give you session cookies unless you logged in, and couldn't track you between websites if you were logged in ANYWHERE, and that browser fingerprinting was also illegal. Sure it wouldn't stop small bad actors, but it would stop the BIG bad actors (FB, Google, Amazon).I wish web sites wouldn't auto play videos.
That’s why I clear all cookies and downloaded data several times per browsing session, and why I mix up my user agent.that's why I use Firefox with a lot of extensions so I can "enforce" that as much as possible.
They like winning... and nothing else. What the hell is wrong with these people?
I mean, of COURSE it is.I'm going to take a wild guess (okay, not so wild, I've already heard about it) that one of those three states is Wisconsin, @Krisken?
He also was the dad in that Twisted Sister video.Wasn't it Neidermier?
Yeah, and he had a restaurant in Wisconsin, Libby Montana. https://onmilwaukee.com/movies/articles/metcalftalks.htmlHe also was the dad in that Twisted Sister video.
IIRC The Omega House prez was Greg Marmalard. The blonde guy who ended up going to prison for his Watergate role.Wasn't it Neidermier?
The McDonald's near work has been using their sign to trumpet the fact that they are currently hiring...at the staggering hourly rate of $12/hr, which IS up from the $10/hr they were offering during the Summer.only $15 an hour? I could make that working at McDonald's."
