Best. Selling? So, Valve's 1000+ dollar VR Kit has been at the top of the best selling list since it was put up on Steam for sale.
Yeah, but it's insane to think that a 1000 dollar VR kit would be outselling, you know, games on a games storefront.Enthusiasts willing to spend lots of money on hobby, news at 11.
That makes sense I guess. Would HATE for some cheaper indie game that sold a bunch of units to be on the same list as the PRESTIGIOUS AAA game of the month THAT MUST BE PLAYED.The top sellers are based on revenue, not units sold, or so I've heard. So one $1,000 Index sale is worth twenty-five $40 Halo Master Chief Collection sales. I'm not sure if that fully explains it, but it does bring it closer to the realm of possibility, at least.
Sorry, I'm just being needlessly snarky.
Actually, the Steam controller is probably selling pretty crazy right now due to the sale, does it/will it show up on best selling? Possibly data point for Pez's explanation.

This is doubly funny for me because I saw it for the first time yesterday. So nice to pretend that what I'm playing is current.
Well, he is Gay Jesus.I've heard so much good about that game, but seeing clips really just drives home how much they're not using lightsabers but glowsticks.
I felt pretty badass with my lightsaber, personally, especially when chopping arms off of giant monsters.I've heard so much good about that game, but seeing clips really just drives home how much they're not using lightsabers but glowsticks.
And yet it just passed right through that trooper, causing him mild annoyance.I felt pretty badass with my lightsaber, personally, especially when chopping arms off of giant monsters.
Most humanoid enemies do go down in one hit, both from a lightsaber and from a blaster shot as @AshburnerX pointed out. Though for rating proposes they don't get dismembered. And yet it just passed right through that trooper, causing him mild annoyance.
As all these games are based on the unity engine, it's really more of a question of how long the author of the model spent on making the model do that. That's the exact same anime girl model this youtuber uses when she's playing beat saber. Those are some pretty impressive hair physics for a rhythm shooting simulator.

Does that mean you don't have to shoot in time to the music? But unlike traditional music games, Pistol Whip has no line in the sand; you have complete freedom to shoot, melee, and dodge targets to the rhythm YOU see fit.
Clearly I do not know enough about rigging in Unity to appreciate your work.My models have hair physics too /pout
Also my models are really amateur.Clearly I do not know enough about rigging in Unity to appreciate your work.

No, you don't. But it looks cooler if you do.Does that mean you don't have to shoot in time to the music?
