I’m doing really well! Life is keeping me quite busy.
But I’m good and happy. I hope things are well for you.

A few weeks ago, I ripped up all my herbs. I wasn't using most of them, and I was burning a lot of store-bought water on keeping them alive. I replaced them with 12 cherry tomato plants. I get a lot of use out of the 4 plants I have, but I don't ever have enough tomatoes at one time for any really big dishes. And I'll just eat a tomato for no reason other than it's there.
Fast forward. I have one plant that's always been a little bigger than the rest. Now it's twice as tall. The stems are twice as thick. The leaves are twice as broad and much sturdier. The flowers and pods are about twice the size of a cherry tomato plant. My suspicion: It's a full-size tomato plant that somehow made its way into the seed pack.
Gonna have to transplant this sucker outdoors and see how it does.

You can also slice zucchini 1/4" thick, soak it in salt water overnight, then rinse it very well, and dehydrate or sun dry it. Then, when you want to use it, throw it in a saute pan with some sun dried tomatoes and calabrian chiles, add a splash of wine, and toss until cooked through. Supposedly it's very Italian, but I got the recipe by way of a very American man in SoCal, so ymmv.
