Whats for Dinner?

Tonight is home-made pizza, one is canadian bacon and fajita chicken with red sauce, the other is fajita chicken with white sauce.

This past Sunday was something that I hadn't tried to do before, grilled salmon, with a side of grilled shrimp. First time that I'd ever tried to grill salmon, and I did a good job according to the family. Also had some corn on the grill that came out perfect.

Leftover homemade chili and some sweet potato fries. And a couple Reduced Fat Oreos. I was surprised... that don't taste very different at all. :D

Made a couple hamburgers with an Irish whisky reduction, gorgonzola, and sauteed mushrooms and onions for my brother and myself. They were delicious. And I washed it down with a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. Mmmmm.

Jake said he might take me out for Pho, if we can get there before it closes (he's Christmas shopping and I'm doing end-of-semester paperwork today... eventually). Otherwise I'll probably get a bag of romaine and some vegetables and make an awesome salad with my own vinaigrette.

Friday's dinner was great. Jake cooked for me again. Pizza subs. And they were awwwwesome.

please OC if not for yourself than as a favor to me, drink regular RB! I will love you forever if you make the switch ^_^

I used to drink regular... I switched to sugar-free energy drinks after I gained 15 pounds in short order... the sugar-free ones actually don't taste bad, like diet sodas do. I loves me some blue Monsters.... *grins*

Yeah, this. I drink Xyience on night shifts because since most energy drinks are awful anyway, the removal of sugar doesn't mess with their taste too much. And the green apple one tastes like green apple jolly rancher.

Also, since it's Wednesday, it's wing night. I'm going to do a full on stress test of my stomach after so many days of nausea and sickness.

Tonight, diet friendly, hot dogs with turkey chili and some baked fries.

Tomorrow, NOT DIET FRIENDLY, duck cornbread dressing, deep fried turkey, and other stuff, but lots of the duck dressing. I love duck dressing, but only get it twice a year, a month apart.

It's cornbread dressing, with pieces of duck (de-boned of course) in it, cooked as a separate dish. We really don't do a "stuffing" like many do since we're frying the turkey whole. Really the whole meal has more of a cajun flavor to it than traditional Thanksgiving meals.

Babysitting tonight. Makin' the boys some meatloaf, boiled potatoes with butter and chives, and sauteed tomatoes with olive oil and basil.
