This is something they have said they want to fix. I am not sure how without making free server transfers (which would be cool, but I don't see them doing), but at least they are trying I guess. One thing I think they could do now with all the cross-server integration, is allow people from different servers to form groups and run dungeons together.Everyone is always on different servers.

Seen the new troll starting zone? Vol'jin finally gets to do something he wanted to do for a long time. Anyone here play the WC3 Demo Campaign? If not here is a refresher.Orc Mage is so tempting it hurts, but losing my loyalty to Trolls would hurt more.
That is what I am playing on Ghostlands right now. My wife and I are duo-ing as a Draenei Paladin and Draenei Priest because it allows us to get into dungeons instantly. Right now working our way through Outland.I've played both but during my last WoW outing back in BC days I was Horde. I was thinking about going Alliance side this time around, probably draeni paladin or something. I'll take a look into Ghostlands and send you a PM if I decide to set up shop there.
That's good to hear. Anyway, I rolled up a draeni paladin named Aureon just a few minutes ago.I have to admit it's hard to tell. I hear in trade chat that we don't do well with Wintergrasp, but otherwise I seem to run into more Alliance while running around then I do Horde, way more then I do on Tichondrius which is pretty much all Horde dominated. Really, Ghostlands the population does not matter a huge amount, because it is PVE, and so you don't have to worry about the larger faction ganking you are every turn.
Maybe I really should consider starting a guild. I want to get more casually like-minded people to group with. People willing to do a small 10-man raid and wipe learning the place rather then rage at every turn when something goes wrong. That is what I had to deal with a lot on Tichondrius and why I don't really raid much now. I was actually teaching another guild how to raid some low end places awhile back but the guild didn't last, no one has patience anymore. Finding casual people on Tichondrius is like finding a needle on a beach.A Troll Hunter is calling to me pretty hardcore right now, the only part that sucks is finding a place where an up-and-comer who still knows the game could get a casual raid spot eventually. That's what usually got me on new servers when I'd try to start over.
I'd be wiling to do a realm/race move to join. My current guild is okay, but not real social.Maybe I really should consider starting a guild. dude, give one of us a chance at recruit a friend. the rocket mount is sweet.Well, I'm reinstalling the game as I type. What servers are all you guys on? My old main was Horde side on Azjol-Nerub but I think I'd like to make a fresh start somewhere else.

That is definitely important, but we need to give some people a chance to even start and level. I am certain no matter which server we join, if we recruit someone already at end game they are going to "drift" if we are not ready for raiding. That means we would have to recruit a team to raid without the leveling players, and so once those people do level, we won't have enough room to get them in unless other "core" raiders drop. I find guilds die either due to lack of people to raid, or too many people that want to raid and can't. I want to avoid that. The big thing will be finding people outside the forum. From past attempts we know that the forum just can't support a guild on it's own. If you are serious about it, you need to make sure you or someone else is serious about recruiting new people.
While tempting, I don't think I can handle leveling another character on another server. I can be a little strange about how I setup my characters. I would maybe transfer off Ghostlands to Draenor, but my wife would kill me, and I am broke.Well, my main server isn't something I'd reccomend, but I play with about 4 RL friends on Draenor Alliance, and we always have to PuG raids, if we had 5 more people we'd have our own 10 man for Cata.
Yes there is going to be a pre-cataclysm patch, including events. The two events we know about are the retaking of Echo Islands and the invasion of Gnomeregan, but we also have rumors of events happening in Thunderbluff, Orgrimmar, and Stormwind. The events will actually occur before the pre-cata patch that changes the world. Sadly I don't have a time table for you. It will happen when they want it to happen.Damn this lull, is there going to be a pre-cata patch like the last two expansions, that changes the talents and betters the leveling? If so when?
