1. Dogfish Head Brown Honey Rum- Almost buttery and perfect for sipping.
2. Kraken Black Spiced Rum - wonderful kick and does get lost when mixed with fruit juices or soda.
3.A. Pyrat XO - Another great sipping rum.
3.B. Cruzan Coconut makes a great mixer
3.C. Cruzan Mango - also always behind my bar for mixing purposes
