Yeah, congrats Pred fans ( I think there are a few of you here)...I wanted Chicago/Vancouver to go 7, but I'm rooting for Vancouver now because I am not looking forward to playing a hungry Nashville team, especially the way the regular season went.

Good game tonight. I am livid with the Canucks that they didn't bring this kind of effort to games 4 and 5. Credit where credit is due the Blackhawks are a very good team but the Canucks made them look even better in those two games.

Huge respect to the Chicago Blackhawks especially Corey Crawford. They went down fighting and the team and it's fans should be proud of their effort.

It's been a good day for me. Canucks shake the tomahawk wielding monkey off their back, I find out I'm getting a three day weekend this week, and I got a free cup of coffee just now. Everything's coming up Timmus today.

I thought they had it when Toews got that shorty. That was unreal.

Oddly, though, I'm not really that upset. The team was gassed all year, they won the Cup last year, they made it a series and pushed what was easily the best team in the NHL this year to the very edge before losing (on what was admittedly one of the most terrible turnovers I've ever seen, and on a change to boot!).

Yeah. I think that series was a terrific ride. I think that series needed to end that way. It wouldn't have been right for the Hawks to get swept but it would have been just as wrong for Vancouver to blow a 3-0 lead after winning the president's trophy. At any rate I think the Hawks are going to have an amazing team for years to come. Enjoy it Piotyr.

They should be able to get something done. I have a feeling there isn't going to be a lot of pretty goals this series as long as Rinne and Luongo bring their A game.

Should be a good game tonight. I expect Nashville to have a lot of jump this game since their coach called everyone but Rinne out the last game.

I'm hoping Shane O'Brien helps his former club and takes a bonehead penalty at a crucial moment in the game otherwise I have a bad feeling Nashville takes this one.

I haven't really been following the playoffs much this year, I'll be honest. But these semifinals have me pretty excited. On one hand we've got San Jose and Vancouver, which I just love to see, and on the other, Tampa Bay- TAMPA BAY, seriously- and Boston. Who saw that one coming?

Man, Im actually super excited for the West games. Though I do love to see the Bruins play just about anyone.

They should just make it original 6 and everyone else. Fans of original 6 (lol) would be able continue feeling falsely superior to other fans and teams, and everyone else wouldn't have to deal with them except for the post season.
